Abstract: Pollution of the environment in general and pollution from the generation of energy, in particular, are constantly worldwide issues that are never fully solved. According to a preliminary study, conserving energy is positively correlated with behavior that reduces power use and is seen to assist the environment. The process of increasing human consciousness takes time and a large amount of work. In order to balance the campaign's goal with the time and resources at hand, it is acceptable to create a campaign that targets middle school kids in Bien Hoa City as its primary audience. The study will go into depth regarding the creation process, the outcomes attained, and the contributions of the media campaign to educate middle school students in Bien Hoa City about the benefits. of energy efficiency called Tắt Điện Tích Xanh. The report explicitly studied and validated points regarding the necessity to increase target audience awareness. Studies that are directly relevant to the Tắt Điện Tích Xanh planning process, taking into account both internal and external aspects, are also included. The goal and goals of the campaign, together with the associated methods and techniques to attain the intended outcomes, are all clearly presented in the substance of Tắt Điện Tích Xanh communication strategy. Not to be overlooked, Tắt Điện Tích Xanh has employed social media and event planning as its two primary strategies throughout the campaign. When the implementation guarantees on schedule, prices, and resources, these operational solutions have shown to be feasible and successful in certain cases. The chapter on implementation contains information regarding implementation. Since all the evaluated indicators reached the predetermined targets, the evaluation's indicators and data demonstrate a specific level of efficacy for the Tắt Điện Tích Xanh campaign. The article clearly outlines the limits and lessons gained while summarizing and reflecting on the entire project in conclusion, with the aim of consolidating the aforementioned results and broadening the target audience and scope of operations. The Turn Off Green Charge activities, which were implemented for about 4 months (September 2023 - December 2023) and are detailed in this report, are the initial steps in the students' path towards a sustainable lifestyle in secondary school.
