Building an online polyclinic management application

Abstract

We extend our sincere gratitude to all those who have played a vital role in the successful completion of our project, Building an online polyclinic management application. First and foremost, we wish to express our appreciation to our fellow classmates in SE1505, our FPT University instructor, and our mentor Mr. Luong Hoang Huong for their invaluable guidance and unwavering support throughout this project. The inspiration behind our project comes from the belief that every healthcare examination should be efficiently scheduled and managed. We aspire to make a positive impact in achieving this goal through our system. Nonetheless, we acknowledge that there may still be room for improvement, and we eagerly welcome any feedback or suggestions from our teachers and mentors to enhance the quality of our work. Our heartfelt thanks also go out to our families and friends for their constant encouragement and support, which has been a source of strength and motivation throughout this journey.
