Dispatchers at FPT Polytechnic's facilities are currently having to manually enter data related to Curriculum plans and subject content for many different majors. This requires meticulousness and accurate data entry, but there is still a risk of errors. Along with the growth of FPT Polytechnic, a large number of jobs related to educational data management have been created. This puts a lot of pressure on employees and creates the possibility of errors in the process of entering data and managing them. That means data management becomes more complicated. Currently, data is scattered in many different places such as drives, etc. Retrieving information, updating it, and ensuring consistency becomes a challenging task. As organizations grow and expand their course offerings and Curriculum plans, manually managing Curriculum data becomes inadequate. A software solution that handles this process will provide many important benefits. It will help staff at this institution save time, and avoid unnecessary data entry errors. Furthermore, Software also ensures consistency in data and facilitates information sharing and Curriculum management.
