This document presents the business plan of a designer fashion brand made from denim and in a unisex style. The project is named "DenimX". The meaning of the name is that we will use denim as the main material and the "X" here stands for "mix", meaning we will design products that are not simply denim, we mix denim with other materials. Denim is inherently a simple and ancient material, so we want to create a breakthrough and creativity. Our team consists of people with different personalities but we share the same ideas, goals, passion and determination to develop the plan to build the design brand ''DenimX" into reality. So, through the process of research, thorough research and deep understanding of customers' needs, preferences and behaviors, we find that our idea is truly feasible. We believe that the combination between denim and unisex will create a breakthrough for those who love these two types of fashion. Both male and female customers can express their personality strongly, overcoming gender barriers in fashion.

DenimX is always happy and ready to serve all customers in the target customer segments from 16-35 years old, regardless of whether they are male, female or a third gender.
