Business plan for Northwest Kitchen Smoke: Northwest dried buffalo meat

Abstract

The graduation thesis will discuss a business plan called "Khoi Bep Tay Bac" and is expected to open in Ta Xua commune, Bac Yen district, Son La province. Khoi Bep Tay Bac finds that dried buffalo meat is one of the nutritious dishes, bringing high value, both as a food that can be used daily and as a gift. Khoi Bep Tay Bac began with the mission of acting as a supplier and distributor of kitchen buffalo meat to customers in Ta Xua and neighboring provinces. Khoi Bep Tay Bac startup project aims to provide a stable quantity of kitchen buffalo meat at reasonable prices, quick delivery service, and dedicated customer care. Our customers come from all over the country, but customers will mainly concentrate in Ta Xua commune, Bac Yen district, Son La province - a tourist destination in the Northwest region. We have developed a specialized business plan that includes analysis, research, market assessment, value proposition, financial planning, marketing, resource management and risk management to help company success and minimize risks. In addition, this plan is also evaluated based on practical experience.
