Abstract: HEART TO HEART: The movie is about two young friends both suffering from congenital heart disease, where one of them selflessly donates their free heart surgery slot to the other. The title of the movie is "Heart to Heart," and it can be understood in two ways: literally - describing the act of giving, showing empathy from one heart to another, and metaphorically - "Heart from Tam," representing the act of selflessly giving from the heart of the character Tam (The character forgot about themselves and gave up their free heart surgery slot for their friend).
