Abstract

This thesis is the process of researching and developing the HubCycle application - an application designed to create a platform to help exchange used textbooks and uniforms for parents with lifestyle and goals in mind. sustainable consumption. The project aims to create a community development solution towards sustainable lifestyles and aims to address the goals: end poverty in all its forms everywhere, ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns, take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts. The research began by understanding the initial difficulties that parents are facing in the issue of innovation in textbooks and uniforms of the Ministry of Education and Training. Next is research that delves into the problems that parents face and learns about the ability of parents with school-age children to recognize sustainable lifestyles and understand this issue. Based on initial research and findings, HubCycle was built to begin linking small lifestyle actions to sustainable goals. From there, gradually guide users to sustainable actions and habits.
