PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ORBIS ORGANIZATION IN VIETNAM BASED ON SHAREPOINT

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to build a SharePoint-based website that can contribute to computerize the process of project management. In detail, this website will be built to have the functions and tools that help to improve the working effectiveness and reduce efforts in: managing, controlling and tracking all the tasks of the project(add project, assign task, track process…), doing all the administrative works(document, reports, make charts…), searching and sharing information and document, communicating with colleagues and partners. In addition, this website need to have beautiful outlook, friendly interface, easy-to-use process, certain stability to serve the need of long-term use of ORBIS Vietnam.
