Interactive Boxing Game 3D using Portable Device

Abstract

We have found that in the 3D segment, most of the sports games use the keyboard or remote. But the most of successful sports games use remote like Fifa, Need For Speed, PES ... According to many surveys of e-sports, the players tend to use remote more than keyboard and remote users often prevail in fighting games. After doing research into this field, we have decided to create a interactive boxing game using the portable device. The player will be transformed into a boxer coming from Vietnam to Olympic London 2012 to achieve gold medal. Players can choose different levels: easy, normal or hard to fit with their ability. Besides, there is a record board to note achievements of best users. Game use wireless portable device connecting to PC via Bluetooth [1], which helps users' experiences more comfortable and realistic. Our goal is to create products which will make a huge movement in 3d sport game market.
