Integrated Socio – economic Information System for Operating

Abstract

In our life, there are many aspects that need to be concerned. Depends on professions and job fields and departments in the company, people have to care about different things in the daily life. For example, in a banking system, we have to update exchange and gold rates daily, that is their profession. Or in a petro system, they have to update oil prices in the world to give out proper import policy. All the company in the world including Vietnam, an information-collection system is required that fit their own needs, moreover it must be operated smoothly and confidentially, cost-savings and up-to-date. Nowadays in Vietnam, technology has developed significantly to replace the old system where people have to work hard manually. The information-collecting was done not by computers that lead to many limitations. Information sent by subordinates can be ambiguous and unified. This can cause verification, comparing, analyzing and data synthesizing very time-consuming.

People’s problems from the past to now that have been solved satisfactorily thanks to technology. With the help of technology, client-machines can collect and report data back to server-machines. At server-machines, data will be analyzed and stored in database in order to help us searching and using them easily.
