Abstract

Nowaday, most of construction projects that build transportation infrastructure such as electricity, roads, schools... are using a traditional method to manage most of project’s activity. While those projects often deployed in a long time and have to do a lot of work, so scope management is huge. With traditional management method, it is very difficult for manager to monitor and control all tasks of project. It is the main reason of making projects are delayed and behind schedule.

Derived from the actual needs, we need a tool to help managers to cover all work of project, and easier to manage project implement following project's plan such as budget, schedule, time, material.... That tool will provide a method make manager interact with actual of project and project’s staff tighter. And manager will know more detail about progress and status of project.
