Work track trace plug in out look

Abstract

Provide users a function to control their task and even though assigned to the other one. The Outlook task is just kind of for one side users, the task receiver and task assigner seem to be in not in the same working environment because they do not know exactly the status or prolem that the task issues. Decided to use a simple common way for transfer information between email editors and make it implementable Work Track trace function in the future
