Human Resource Management based on SharePoint for ORBIS organization

Abstract

ORBIS Vietnam hopes that there will be a software which can be used to support them in managing human resource, reviewing and evaluating the schedule of each staff in past as well as at present as well as having an overview of staffs’ activities so as to easily arrange tasks and schedule in a suitable way. This system should be useful and friendly with users. Once completed, the product must possess the following characteristics:  Have Admin component which can manage/component managing information of organization, information about jobs, employee, user, time, recruitment and checkpoint.  Have User Component which can manage/managing Personal Information Management, personal calendar, performance.  Have E-learning working as a page for question & answer and discussion.  Can be used with all Internet browsers (run well in IE, Firefox).  User interface is friendly, easy to use, and easy to learn.
