Abstract

The SDMS idea is creating a live channel as a website for student and SRO to solve request. This website will have fully necessary information for student and university’s staff. Our team has some idea can solve the disadvantages of current operation: - Suggest an idea that we can build a detail map about room on website. This map contains information about room id, number of students in room, name of students already registered. So if a student wants to choose a room with his friend, he can click on room’s map and register (of course if that room still has enough slot). This action will help SRO in controlling registering room and reduce trouble when work with email. - Build a channel for student, especially a request channel. Student can make a request to SRO just by some simple click on website. Request will immediately be sent to staff. Beside there, student also can make a date and staff will get to solve request in time. - This website can update status about room like financial, changing room of students. - Other service like canteen or health department, students also can send feedback about service quality.
