Abstract

The main product of this project is a system on Salesforce platform using modern technology Cloud computing. Users will use the system to manage FPT’s customer relationships, create new campaigns, marketing, and sales. Besides, the system provides services: supports, manage invoices, and reports… It helps FPT Software company can keep customers and find the ways to get more customers, reduce cost and increase profit
